Skip takeout and make your own personalized pizza… on the grill!

Homemade dough has never been easier and the grill gives it that delicious brick oven taste. Grab family and friends, play some board games and have fun. Remember to unplug and turn your AC down as you enjoy a pizza night outdoors.

This dough recipe is super simple and doesn’t require any yeast, making prep time quick.

Makes 4 Personal Sized Pizzas

  • 2 ¼ Cups All Purpose Flour

  • 1 Tablespoon Baking Powder

  • ¼ Teaspoon Salt

  • ¼ Cup Butter (Room Temp)

  • Shredded Mozzarella

  • Pizza Sauce

  • Desired Pizza Toppings

Step 1. Combine flour, baking powder, salt and butter in a large bowl until one ball of dough forms.
Tip: Double the recipe and freeze the extra to cut down on prep time for your next pizza night.

Step 2. Split the dough into four equal parts. Using a rolling pin or your hands, flatten dough to desired thickness (we recommend about ¼ inch thick).
Tip: Sprinkle your table or countertop with flour to prevent the dough from sticking.

Step 3. Prepare your toppings.
Tip: Spend the morning picking out different, fresh toppings at the Farmer’s Market.

Step 4. Throw the dough onto the hot grill. Cook dough on one side for 2 – 3 minutes and remove.

Step 5. Layer the sauce, cheese and toppings on the cooked side of the dough.
Tip: Get the kids involved! They will love being able to personalized their own pizzas.

Step 6. Put the pizzas back on the grill for another 2 – 3 minutes or until cheese is melted.
